In no event shall Source50 Summits or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Source50 Summits website, even if Source50 Summits or a Source50 Summits authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

Terms & Conditions

Source50 attendees consent to the use of any photographs, videos or other marketing information taken at any Source50 Summit. Source50 attendees authorize the possible use of such by Source50 sales and marketing executives for the purpose of corporate promotions. As such, all shall remain the sole property of Source50 Summits. Source50 attendees hereby release the company from all claims and liabilities entirely in connection with the use of said marketing materials. All registration fees are final and there are no refunds in the event of cancellations for any reason. However, all reasonable efforts will be made to hold the summit as stated and to present the program in its entirety and as scheduled as long as the safety of all participants is reasonably expected. Due to unforeseen circumstances such as Acts of God, force majeure, or other situations beyond our control, Source50 reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any event at any time. If this should occur for any reason, all scheduled attendees will be notified in writing. If any paid sponsor wishes to cancel and requests a refund for any reason, Source50 is under no obligation to provide such. Credit towards a future summit may be granted by a Source50 executive on an individual basis however. Source50 is not liable for any travel or illness related occurrences or expenses incurred by attendees in the case of a cancelled or rescheduled summit. Each registered sponsor attendee is personally responsible for confirming their own hotel room under the Source50 group designation and all associated costs including upgrades and special accommodations. If an attendee decides to cancel their attendance at any Source50 Summit, that attendee is responsible for complying with the respective resorts’ cancelation policy. Source50 Summits is not responsible for any expenses related to any attendees’ individual room reservations or cancellation obligations. Any non-public information that is discussed, presented, or made available to any attendee by or on behalf of Source50 in connection with any event in its entirety must be kept confidential and may not be distributed, shared, or disclosed to any third party without the express written approval of Source50 Summits. Source50 shall not be held liable for any injuries or material loss whatsoever in connection with summit related travel or any other summit related endeavors or activities.
