In no event shall Source50 Summits or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Source50 Summits website, even if Source50 Summits or a Source50 Summits authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

Source50 Summits Policies:

1. CANCELLATION: There will be a cancellation fee of $200 if you cancel 60 days before the Event. If you cancel 30 days before the Event a cancellation fee of $1,500 will be incurred. This will be applicable if you do not organize a senior person to replace you. The cost of the additional flight ticket for your replacement will not be covered by Source50 Summits but by the delegate or delegate’s company.
2. There will also be a $60 late admin fee to any changes made to delegate name and or flight information 30 days prior to the Event.
